Welcome, love. Take a breath — you’re in the right place

You don't have to have it all figured out to be here.

Maybe you're just starting to admit something feels off. Or maybe you've been doing the work for years and you still find yourself thinking:

"I should be able to handle this." "Why does everything feel so hard?" "I don't even recognize myself anymore." "If I slow down, everything will fall apart."

On a trip to Italy, an older gentleman kept saying to us — vai piano. Go slowly. He said it over dinner, over conversation, over everything. Like it was the most natural thing in the world to simply be where you are.

Most of us have forgotten how to do that.

You're not behind. You're not broken. You're just moving too fast to hear yourself.

This is the work of slowing down enough to return to you — underneath the inner critic, the parent's voice, the relationship that made you small, the version of yourself you've been performing for everyone else.

She's still there. And she's been waiting.

The women who find me are often carrying something like this…

The exhaustion of holding everything together while quietly coming undone inside.

The frustration of seeing yourself do the thing — snap at your kids, shrink in the meeting, say yes when you meant no — and not being able to stop it even though you know better.

The loneliness of feeling like no one really sees what's happening underneath.

The guilt that follows you everywhere — for wanting more, for needing rest, for not being further along by now.

The noise. The inner critic. Your mother's voice. An old relationship that rewrote how you see yourself. The version of you that learned to stay small to keep the peace.

And underneath all of it — a woman who simply hasn't been able to hear herself clearly in a long time.

You're not behind. You're not failing. You've just been carrying too much to hear yourself.

What becomes possible when you start returning to yourself…

You stop reacting from the wound and start responding from the woman you actually are.

You wake up feeling like the day belongs to you.

You make decisions from clarity instead of fear, guilt, or what everyone else needs from you.

You stop carrying weight that was never yours to carry.

You recognize yourself again — not who you used to be, but who you are right now.

This isn't about becoming someone new. It's about coming home to the woman who was always there.

Here's how we actually work together:

Most approaches to change happen at the surface — you learn something new, you set a goal, you try harder. And for a while it might even work.

But the patterns that have followed you for years? The ones you can see coming and still can't stop? Those don't live in your conscious mind. They live underneath it — in the beliefs you formed before you had words for them, in the emotional weight you've been carrying so long it just feels like you.

That's where I work.

Using a blend of approaches that work beneath the surface — including subconscious release, emotional clearing, and nervous system-based techniques — we get to the root of what's running the show. Not to analyze it endlessly. To actually clear it, so you can show up differently without having to white-knuckle your way there.

We also do the practical work — getting clear on what you want, building toward it in a way that feels sustainable, and learning to trust yourself enough to follow through.

Less performing. Less pushing. More of you, finally having room to breathe.

What makes this different:

You're not going to spend our time just talking about your problems. You're going to leave sessions feeling lighter, clearer, and more like yourself than when you started.

This isn't about becoming a different person. It's about removing what's been in the way of the person you already are.

Vai piano, love. You don't have to rush to get here.

When you're ready, I'd love to meet you. Book your call →

You've spent a long time being everything to everyone.

Showing up. Holding it together. Doing the next thing and the next thing and the next.

What would it feel like to finally show up for yourself — not as a project to fix or a goal to achieve, but as a woman worth knowing?

That's what this work is really about.

Not a perfect life. Not a new you. Just more of the real you — with less in the way.

I’ve participated in various somatic healing methods and find SRT to be highly effective, deep and simpler than some others. And I highly recommend working with Maranda! She hasn’t been at this long, but she has maybe found her dharma as it’s like she has been at this for a long time and is very experienced! She will hold space for you to feel what you need to and witness you without judgement. Therapists and coaches can train for years to refrain from judgement and be neutral for their clients. She is intuitive; can spot the phrases you say that are most triggered. And asks good questions to help you dig further to find the most potent thoughts and feelings that lead to core triggers. She is wise, empathetic and with her life insights, reminds you that you are human and not alone. I will continue to work with Maranda and use SRT as one of my top tools for releasing what isn’t serving me to become more of my true self. Thank you Maranda, for being open and curious and following your draw towards SRT. You have a gift that I’m excited to see grow, evolve and help so many people!
