Membership Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in a Maranda Stuhr Coaching membership. By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms.
1. Membership Tiers
Maranda Stuhr Coaching currently offers two membership tiers:
Basic Membership – $97/month (introductory pricing)
VIP Membership – $297/month (introductory pricing)
Both tiers provide access to SRT (Subconscious Release Technique) tools and resources as outlined at the time of enrollment. Introductory pricing is subject to change; existing members will be notified of any pricing updates prior to their renewal date.
2. Minimum Commitment Period
All memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment. By enrolling, you agree to be billed for at least three (3) consecutive monthly payments from your enrollment date. Cancellation requests submitted before the completion of this 3-month period will not be honored, and billing will continue through the end of the commitment period.
3. Month-to-Month Billing After Commitment Period
After your initial 3-month commitment period has been fulfilled, your membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis at the same monthly rate. You may cancel at any time once the commitment period is complete (see Section 4).
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are only accepted after the 3-month minimum commitment has been fulfilled.
To cancel, please contact us at hello@marandastuhr.com at least 5 business days before your next billing date.
Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to your membership through the final day of the paid period.
No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days of a billing cycle.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the content and tools provided, all membership payments are non-refundable. If you have questions or concerns about your membership, please reach out to us directly and we will do our best to assist you.
6. Access & Delivery
Membership access is granted immediately upon successful payment. Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials or membership benefits with others.
7. Changes to Membership Content or Pricing
Maranda Stuhr Coaching reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue membership content, features, or pricing at any time. Members will be given reasonable advance notice of any material changes. Continued use of the membership after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

They do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice and are not a substitute for professional mental health care. Results may vary.
